Hey and a warm welcome to my site!
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MYSELF
My name is Aaron Lerch and I have a Bsc. in psychology, a Msc. in mental health science and an absolute passion for anything related to mental health. I have spent thousands of hours counselling people from all walks of life in a vast range of challenges.
Nothing is more satisfying than seeing someone that struggled with their mental health, manage their challenges, overcome them and grow from them.
My passion has been in helping people overcome their mental health issues since I was young. As I grew up, studied and started to help people professionally, I noticed that most issues were connected with their childhood. When basic needs weren’t met and when negative messages were conveyed, people would get stuck in childhood.
Over time, I managed to put together the best interventions in the field to help people overcome the negative consequences of childhood which I would now like to share via this site and reach as many people as I possibly can. The therapy model that I use most is the DNMS (Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy) as it incorporates a vast amount of interventions necessary to heal traumas from childhood.
I will be adding articles, audio recordings, digital courses and live webinars related to various mental health issues in which I will offer tools to help you manage the challenges you might be facing in life.
Feel free to write to me about what you’d like to see appear on the site and which topics you’d like to see addressed or any questions that you may have. I’ll be happy to help.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
To your health,
Aaron

Aron,
Shaun here from WA. Very interesting about me section. I really loved your blog post on Personality development coaching – how to gain more self confidence. I’m a little confused on the part where you said, To be given permission to make mistakes and to learn from them. I wasn’t aware as children we needed permission to do. I mean as children, we didn’t asked to be put here to begin with. Could you please elaborate on this topic in another blog post please?
Thanks,
